Robert Lee Cooley passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at the age of 81. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Greater True Light Baptist Church with Reverend Jermaine Tezino officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until time of Services the same day at the church. Robert is survived by his wife, Dorothy Thomas Cooley; five sons, Thomas J. Cooley, Kevin Lee Thomas, Kendrick Cooley, Lester Cooley, Elton K. Robert; four daughters, Tenille Thomas (Robert), Angenika Cooley, Glenda Robert, Kathy Robert; three brothers, Jessie Cooley, Mark Cooley, Paul Cooley (Malet); one sister, Essie Mae Pittman; thirty-three grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren and Godchild, Latrivia Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.C. and Estelle Mark Cooley; three daughters, Sandy Cooley, Debra Ann Cooley, Barbara Valliere; two brothers, Jay Cooley, Roy Cooley; three sisters, Ella Ann Cooley, Emma Jean Ratcliff; granddaughter, Aspyn Reign Hardy.
