A funeral service for Mrs. Rita Goleman Fontenot, 68, will be held on Monday, May 31, 2010, at 3 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Rita passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Fontenot of Eunice; three sons, Herbert Dwayne Fontenot & his wife Chirs, Russell T. Fontenot & his wife Frani and Chuck H. Fontenot & his wife Sue all of Eunice; a daughter, Trudy Darlene Alleman of Eunice; a brother, Curry Goleman of Eunice; three sisiters, Theresa Hargroder of Lafayette, Beverly "Bebo" Redlich of Basile & Jerri Salling of Opelousas; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mavis Messer Goleman.
