Richard Wayne McGee passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the age of 63. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Philadelphia Worship Center with Pastor Leldon Richard officiating and vocals by Robert and Ruth Stagg. Richard is survived by his wife, Cheryl LeJeune McGee; one son, Keagan McGee and wife Alani; three daughters, Aimee McGee, Quinne McGee, Mikala McGee; one sister, Jennie Andrepont; six grandchildren, Elise, Jolie', Brentlee, Sutton, Hadlea and Remee. He was preceded in death by his father, John P. McGee, Sr.; mother, Leola Thibodeaux Brinkman and one brother, John P. McGee, Jr. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Mark Dawson and staff, Dr. Joseph Brierre and Moncus Cancer Center, Hospice of Acadiana and especially his nurse, Jamie Rozas.
