Richard Wayne Fontenot passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at the age of 71. No Services have been planned at this time. Richard is survived by two sons, Jamie Fontenot and his wife Heather, Adam W. Fontenot; his father, Jimmie Fontenot; four brothers, Kenneth Glenn Fontenot, Daniel Bert Fontenot, Phillip Anthony Fontenot, Patrick Lee Fontenot; five grandchildren, Bailey, Rayleigh, Kaleb, Tristan, Anthony; two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Brantley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Sue Adkins Fontenot; one son, Anthony Fontenot; his mother, Emma Jane Mounier Fontenot; three grandchildren, Garret Fontenot, B. Fontenot and Flicker Fontenot.
