Richard Milton Arnold passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at the age of 74. As per his wishes, no services have been planned. Richard is survived by two brothers, Russell Arnold and his wife Barbara; Michael Arnold and his wife Bobbye; one sister, Kathy Patrick and her husband Billy as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Delores Smith Arnold.
