Rebecca Sue Launey passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the age of 70. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 8:00 AM until time of Services on Friday. Rebecca is survived by one son, Mitchell Launey and two grandchildren, Ethan Launey and Jacey Launey. She was preceded in death by her father, John "Rouel" Launey; her mother, Ena Fontenot Sliman; three sisters, Shirley Young, Lorraine Lewis and Gwen Frick.
