IN LOVING MEMORY OF PRIS
A tribute to a Cherished Friend and Talented Hairdresser
It is with heartfelt sympathy that I remember Pris, my beloved hairdresser and dear friend of over 25 years. Pris was more than just the hands behind my ever-changing hairstyles -- she was an artist who truly loved her craft. Each time I sat in her chair, she delighted in creating something new and beautiful for me, and I always left absolutely loving her work.
Pris's passions extended far beyond the salon. She had a remarkable love for plants and flowers, transforming her yard into a breathtaking oasis that brought joy to all who saw it. She also cherished decorating for the holidays, bringing a wonderful spirit and warmth to every celebration with her creative touch.
Our friendship went well beyond hair appointments. Pris and I shared many happy times together: going to the movies, enjoying meals out, and savoring homecooked dinners in each other's homes. One fond memory stands out: I once made a Chicken Pie, a treasured family recipe passed down from my grandmother and mother. Ross enjoyed it so much that he asked for the recipe, prompting me to write down the recipe for the very first time. Ross's Chicken Pie soon became a favorite among everyone who tasted it.
Ross and Ellis, too shared a special bond through their hunting adventures, adding yet another layer of fond memories to cherish.
Pris's life was full of love, laughter, and meaningful connections. I will always remember Pris for her kindness, creativity, and the joy she brought to those around her. Our heartfelt conversations, the simple joys of being together, and Pris's compassion made it such a privilege to have known her. She touched my life and the lives of so many others in unforgettable ways. Her memory will live on in our hearts, her Beautiful Spirit never to be forgotten.
Rest in peace, my friend. Your memory is a blessing, and you will always be remembered with love and gratitude.
