Phillip Guidry passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at the age of 51.

A Memorial Service will be held at North Eunice Baptist Church in Eunice on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11 a.m.

Phillip is survived by his fiancé, Mona Daugherty; one brother, Jerry Guidry and wife Kristi; one stepdaughter, Lacey Leblanc; and three nephews, Jarett Guidry, Dale Guidry, and Darren Guidry.

Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, Oran Guidry and Anita Veronie Bellard and one sister, Rebecca Ortego.
