Philip Joseph Rodriguez passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019 at the age of 81. No Services have been planned at this time. Philip is survived by one daughter, Phyllis R Vail and husband Thomas; one step daughter, Myndi Savoy; one brother, William Rodriguez; two grandchildren, Alexis Vail, Cameron Vail; two great grandchildren, Embree Granger, Forrest Agneaux. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Rodriguez, Sr. and Sarah Theresa Smith Rodriguez; three brothers, Ameil Rodriguez, Raymond Rodriguez, Charles Rodriguez, Jr. ; one sister, Linda R Martinez.
