Paul Danny Lee

Paul Danny Lee, a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026 at the age of 71. Born on September 21, 1954, in Ville Platte, Paul was known for his warm and talkative nature, qualities that endeared him to everyone fortunate enough to know him. Throughout his life, Paul found great joy in turkey hunting, a passion that provided him both solace and a connection to the natural world he so deeply appreciated. Even more than his hobbies, however, Paul’s greatest love was his family. He cherished his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild, and was a steadfast presence in their lives, offering both support and affection.

Paul is survived by his two daughters, Kelly Lee and her fiancé Norvin, and Jessica Lee. He also leaves behind his brother, Benny Lee, who shared many close moments throughout their lives together. His legacy continues through his five grandchildren—Kennedy, Peyton, Marissa, Savannah, and Jeremiah—as well as his precious great-grandchild, Emery. Each one carried a special place in Paul’s heart, and he celebrated every milestone, every laugh, and every gathering with an open, loving spirit.

Paul’s life was marked by the loss of those dear to him, including the mother of his children, Sherry Ann Deshotel Lee; his parents, Lease Lee and Attalee Vidrine Lee; and his brother, Dale Lee. Their memories lived on in Paul’s stories and the deep family bonds he upheld with unwavering dedication.

As we remember Paul Danny Lee, we honor a man whose vibrant presence brightened the lives around him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and connection that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to know him. His memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends.
