Patricia Ledoux Young passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016, at the age of 76.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Basile. Deacon Gary Gaudin will officiate. Entombment will follow at St. Paul Mausoleum in Eunice.

Patricia is survived by two sons, John Bardon and wife Judy of Lake Charles and Danny Bardon of Bossier City; five daughters, Cindy Thompson, Kelly Bardon, Christine Bardon, Monica Sheppard, and Shannon Bardon all of Bossier City; two sisters, Stephanie Cortez of Basile and Prudence Matt of Eunice; one brother, Ricky Lejeune of Eunice; nineteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Horace Ledoux and Bernice Young Lejeune; one daughter, Shawn Marie Bardon Loper; four sisters, Myra Deranger, Sandra Vasseur, Marie Hudson, and Pam Lejeune; and three brothers, Clayton Lejeune, Lucus Young, and Horace Ledoux.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Basile. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. by Deacon Gary Gaudin. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Friday for visitation until the time of service.
