Patricia Catherine Vetterline Savoy passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the age of 66. A Memorial Mass will be set at a later date. To honor Patricia's wishes, her ashes will be spread at her birthplace in San Francisco, California in the San Francisco Bay. Patricia is survived by two daughters, April Savoy Quebodeaux and husband Nick and Paulette Savoy and companion Willie Porter; nine grandchildren, Jobe Doucet, Hope Doucet, Seri Doucet, Jodi Matte Watford and husband Christopher, Tori Matte, Cody Castillo, Quanah Castillo, Kaitlyn Moss, and Ciji Savoy; and six great-grandchildren, Liam Watford, Axel Watford, Sylas Matte, Easton Stroderd, Aizlee Castillo, and Nacoda Castillo. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Maxile Savoy, Jr. and her parents, Robert Vetterline and Hortenace Rose Mendez Schiele. Patricia was a 49'ers fan to the end! Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her life. Patricia did volunteer work at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Eunice. She moved to Spokane,Washington and there again in her "spare time" she did volunteer work for different Catholic charities. Patricia enjoyed reading her Bible and working crossword puzzles.
