Norma Jean Davy passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at the age of 80. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017, at 10:00 AM. at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice with burial to follow at Ashford Cemetery. Deacon David Guillory will officiate. At the request of the family visitation will begin on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. A rosary will be prayed on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 6:00 PM by Deacon David Guillory. Jean is survived by her husband, Derwin "Dud" Davy of Eunice, her daughter; Cathie Vega of Slidell, La., one son; Randy Ardoin of Eunice, La., ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Amos Young and Mary Sittig, two sons; David Ardoin and Blake Ardoin. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
