Nerrel Wayne Fontenot passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the age of 82. No Services have been planned at this time. Nerrel is survived by one son, Michael Fontenot; four daughters, Melissa Fontenot, Laura Fontenot, Debbie Fontenot and Ashley Fontenot; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Sylvester Fontenot; his parents, Clarence and Mary Fontenot.
