Surviving are sons, Allen Ray Young (Alene) of Hamshire, TX, Fredrick Young (Jeanette) of Basile, LA, Donald LeBlanc (Patricia) of Basile, LA and Eddie LeBlanc (Rosetta) of Basile, LA, daughters, Carolyn N. Aucoin (Robert) of Basile, LA and Linda Marcantel (Glenn) of Basile, LA; brother, C. S. Darbonne of Lake Charles, LA, sisters, Rose Smith of Eunice, LA, Jeanette Ardoin of Eunice, LA and Winnie Glass of Sulphur, LA; 20 grand children; 21 great grand children. She is preceded in death by her parents, Doreston Darbonne & Alice Darbonne; 1st. husband, Ferdie Young; 2nd. husband, Gurney LeBlanc; grandsons; Robbie Aucoin and Corey Young; Brothers, Ivan Darbonne, Olide Reviere, and Ernest Blanchard; Sisters, Ozzie Lejeune, and Idia Reviere. A funeral mass officiated by Fr. Brian Taylor will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile. Entombment to follow in St. Augustine Mausoleum, Basile, LA.The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Thursday, December 16, 2010 with a rosary at 5:00 PM at the Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Basile, LA. Also at 8:00 AM to service time on Friday, December 17, 2010.
