Miranda Kay
Isaac
December 15, 1974 – April 20, 2026
Miranda Kay Isaac, age 51, left this world on April 20, 2026, at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph. After a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, she passed away peacefully, leaving behind memories infused with love, laughter, and a spirit that touched all who knew her. A Memorial Service will be held at New Hope Fellowship on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Miranda was the absolute best mother and grandmother—a title she wore with unmatched grace and warmth. Her lovable nature was the cornerstone of her relationships, drawing family near with a magnetic tenderness that felt like home. She was known for her generous heart, especially in how she always went overboard with gift giving to her grandchildren for every holiday, making each celebration enchantingly unforgettable.
Miranda delighted in simple pleasures. She cherished sitting outside on her back patio, the world softened by the melodies of her favorite music drifting through the air. Family was her greatest joy; she loved gathering them all together, stitching bonds tighter with every shared meal and moment. Cooking was her art, and oh, how wonderful she was at it—infusing dishes with not only flavor but also a profound sense of care and belonging.
In her family’s life, Miranda's presence remains vivid. She is survived by her devoted son, O’Ryan Isaac (Amber); her companion, Marcus Richard; her loving father, Randolph Scott; her nurturing mother, Eva Isaac; and her three brothers, Byron Scott, Mandingo Alfred, and Torrance Jones. Her legacy also shines brightly through her four grandchildren: Kyler Isaac, Megan Isaac, Aveya Isaac, and Olivia Ardoin. The fabric of her life is woven with the memory of her daughter, Megan M. Isaac, who preceded her in passing.
Her story is one of unwavering love, resilience, and an open heart that endlessly gave. To know Miranda Kay Isaac was to experience a light that warmed the soul and a love that carried across generations. Her absence leaves a silence as profound as her presence was joyful—a silence soon to be filled with stories, songs, and the reverberating echo of her incomparable spirit.
