Mildred "Millie" Doherty Launey passed away on Friday, March 10, 2019, at the age of 72. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 10:00 AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow at Ortego Cemetery in Easton. At the request of the family visitation will begin on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 8:00 AM until time of services at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Millie is survived by two sons; Scott Coats and wife Linda, David Coats and wife Christy, three brothers; Albert Doherty, Russell P. Doherty, Kenny Doherty, two sisters; Betty Faye Evans, Cathy Doherty, one grandchild, Brandon Coats. Millie was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin E. Doherty and Ella Rider Doherty, her husband, Archie Launey, three brothers; Calvin J. Doherty, Dale Palmer, Robert E. Doherty, one sister, Sharlene Rider. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
