Melissa Ann Vasseur passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the age of 63. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice. Burial will follow in Reed Cemetery in Mamou. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Monday, August 2, 2021 at Quirk & Son with a Rosary at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume at 8:00 am on Tuesday until time of Services. Melissa is survived by one daughter, Jamie Marie Darbonne and husband Paul; three sisters, Brenda Deshotel and husband James, Dewana LaFleur, Samantha Burnett and husband Chris; six grandchildren, Chelsey Neal and husband Tyler, Lane Darbonne, Jacob Berzas, Tyler Langlinais, Hayden Berzas, Layla Berzas; two great-grandchildren, Sawyer Neal and Tucker Neal. She was preceded in death by her parents, Erain Louis and Karina Ann Aucoin Vasseur; one son, Benjamin Paul Berzas.
