Melinda Babineaux Lindsey passed away on August 18, 2018, at Acadia St. Landry Nursing Home at the age of 57. Melinda is survived by her twin sister, Linda B. Darbonne and her husband, Tony; Charlotte Johnson & husband Ronald and Geneva Rice and her husband David; son, Charles Leland; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lindsey; parents, Eddie and Adeline Matte Babineaux; and two brothers, Bruce and Leland Babineaux. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, August 21st at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Mausoleum. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
