May Rose Domingue Benoit passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at the age of 87. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at St. Thomas More with Father Hampton Davis Celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Quirk & Son with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Father Sam Fontana. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Thursday until time of departure for Services. May is survived by one son, Steve Benoit (Missy); three daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Benoit, Nicole Vige (Bert) and Angie McBride (Duncan); one sister, Clara Bell Martin; ten grandchildren, Chase, Lauren, Adam, Ashton, Derek, Garrett, Ashley, Taylor, Triston and Nicholas; eleven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Benoit; her parents, Esta And Wilda Peltier Dominigue; her brother, Robert Domingue and her sister, Mary Alice LeBlanc.
