Maxine Hicks, 81, pased away on Friday, August 15, 2008, at Eunice Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by her daughter, Regenia Graham of Eunice, LA; a son Benton James Steward of Davenport, Iowa; 2 sisters, Lessie Hackney & Betty Smith of Charleston, WV; 2 granddaughter, Tina Brown & Amy Stewart; 2 great granddaughters, Samantha Stewart & Alyssa Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah & Nettie Ingram Smith; husband, Guy Hicks; a son, Grey Graham; brother, Cecil Smith; 3 sisters, Pearl S. Jarvis, Hattie S. Shamblin & Dolores S. Burdette. Entombment will be is the St. Paul Mausoleum in Eunice,LA.
