Matthew Ryan Neal passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at the age of 15.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Reverend Guy Joseph will officiate. Burial will follow at Ashford Cemetery in Basile, LA.

Matthew is survived by his mother, Dana Barber Faul and companion, Kyle Manual of Basile, LA; father, Eric Neal of Ardnaudville,LA; stepfather, Daniel Faul and wife Deanna of Mandeville, LA; brother, Adam Manuel of Basile, LA; step-brother, Kadin Manuel of Eunice, LA ;sisters, Kelli Langley of Basile, LA and Gracie Rae' Faul of Mandeville, LA; paternal grandmother, Delores Neal; maternal grandmother, Margie Johnson Davis; step-grandmother, Melda Faul.

At the request of the family, a visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, from 11 AM to 10 PM at Quirk's Funeral Home. The funeral home will reopen on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at 8 AM until service time. Quirk & Son is in charge of arrangements.
