Mary Velma LeJeune passed away on Wednesday July 10, 2013 at the age of 77. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday July 11, 2013 at 1 PM at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Father Mitchell Guidry will officiate. Burial will be at St. Paul Cemetery. Mary is survived by her husband, J.B. LeJeune of Eunice; three daughters, Cynthia L. Courville of Eunice, Kathleen LeJeune of Eunice, and Delores Dietrich and husband Michael of Richmond, TX; one sister, Lois Hidalgo of Opelousas; one brother, Earlin Guidry of Church Point; two grandchildren, John Bryant LeJeune of Eunice and Dora Rogers of Lafayette; and two great grandchildren, John Christian LeJeune and Abbey LeJeune. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Dora Jeanisse Guidry; one sister, Annie Hollier; three brothers, Lee Guidry, Aurele Guidry, and John Guidry. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday July 11, 2013 at 9 AM to 1 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed by Catholic Daughters at 10 AM. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
