Mary "Elaine" Guillory passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the age of 74. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until time of Services on Friday. Elaine's passions were her family, sewing, crafting and reading. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters and the past president of the Jaycee Janes. She was also the proprietor of two businesses, The Book Rack and Fabrics & Things. "Elaine" is survived by one son, Benjamin Guillory and wife Lana; one daughter, Kimberly Begnaud-Coleman and husband Lynn; two sisters, Patricia Wood and husband Dan, Dora Jonson; three grandchildren, Raven Carlson Stelly and husband Brad, Maegan Guillory, Jake Guillory; two great-grandchildren, Joselyn and Rowan. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Dale Guillory; her parents, Elford and Hazel Reed Guillory.
