Obituary
Marjorie Young Fontenot, age 89, of Eunice, LA, died Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at Eunice Manor in Eunice, LA.
One Sister: Merlin Y. Hebert, Houma, LA.
One Brother: Harold "Sam" Young, Eunice, LA. Preceded in death by her: Parents: Ariel Young & Lelia Smith Young. Husband: Lawrence Fontenot.
The family will receive friends at Quirk & Son, Eunice from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 15, 2011. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 AM Friday for a visitation until the service. Funeral service will be at Quirk & Son Funeral Home, Eunice at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 16, 2011. Brother Vernon Martindale will officiate. Burial to follow in Chataignier Baptist Cemetery, Chataignier, LA. Quirk & Son Funeral Home, 121 S. 6th. Street of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
