Mariam Germaine Simien Elliott passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the age of 60. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet with Father Gregory Simien officiating. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at St Ann Catholic Church in Mallet, with a Rosary will be prayed at 9:45 AM. Mariam is survived by her husband, Ricky Elliott; two sons, Derrick Elliott and wife Erin Antia, Dustin Elliott and wife Dekeatra; two brothers, Fr. Gregory Simien, Terrance Simien and wife Cynthia; one sister, Francesca Simien; three grandchildren, Kaelyn Elliott, Gia Grace Elliott, Karter Elliott; her beloved pet, sweet pea. She was preceded in death by her parents, Matthew Simien and Ethel Rene Simien.
