Margie Gallow Pitre passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the age of 82. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Word of Faith Ministries with Pastor Adrian Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Word of Faith Memorial Garden Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day at the church from 8:00 AM until time of Services. Margie is survived by three sons, Emile Pitre, Jr., JL Pitre, Quintin Doyle Pitre; four daughters, Margie Lynn Pitre, Betty Joyce Pitre, Suzzine Pitre, Danielle Mayon; two brothers, Wilson Gallow, Sr., Jeffery Gallow; eleven grandchildren, Christian Jack, Isaiah Pitre, Patrick Miller, Jr., Katie Jack, Janvonte Pitre, Jamal Pitre, Jayla Pitre, Alasia Pitre, Harmony Pitre, Gerald Mayon, Jr., Ingrid Mayon; fifteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Paul Pitre, Sr.; her parents, Fednery and Velma Edwards Gallow; two sisters, Jeanella Gallow Celestine and Gussie Gallow.
