Louis David Manuel passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 at the age of 64. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Reverend Josh Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Savoy Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held at the church from 8:00 AM until time of Services Friday. Louis is survived by his wife, Myriam Vizcarra Manuel; two sons, David Scott Manuel and wife Veronica, William Nicholas Manuel and wife Tammy; two daughters, Sally Mae O'Blanc, Lisa Doucet and husband Danny; one brother, Cecil Manuel; nine grandchildren, Sadie, Mika, Bryley, Payton, Mandy, Beth, Issac, Brandon, Madison; two great-grandchildren, Adelynn and Christy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Ella Mae Fontenot Manuel; his first wife Linda Arnold Manuel; one brother, Sonny Manuel and one sister, Sylvia Manuel.
