Louis "Bernard" Brown, Jr., a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and devoted US Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026. Born on April 18, 1946, Bernard lived a life marked by integrity, love, and service, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Bernard was the beloved husband of Betty Myers Brown, whose steadfast partnership and unwavering support illuminated his days. Their bond was a pillar of strength and comfort, a testament to a lifetime of shared joys and challenges. Together, they built a family grounded in love and respect.
A devoted father, Bernard's heart was greatly enriched by his son Joseph Brown and his wife Leah. His step-daughter, Lauri Fuller, and her husband Randy also held a special place in his heart. Bernard's warmth and guidance extended lovingly to his four grandchildren—Bodie Brown, Alison Brown, Lukas Brown, and Tori Fuller—each one a source of immense pride and joy to him.
Family was central to Bernard’s life, and he was blessed with the companionship of his three brothers: John Brown, married to Donna; Larry Brown, married to Diane; and Mike Brown. Their close-knit bond was founded on years of shared memories, laughter, and mutual support.
Bernard was preceded in death by his dear parents, Louis Bernard Brown, Sr. and Myra "Bea" Louise Duplechin Brown, whose legacy of kindness and fortitude he honored throughout his life.
As a proud US Army Veteran, Bernard served his country with courage and dignity, embodying the principles of honor and sacrifice. His commitment to duty extended beyond his military years, reflected in the strong sense of responsibility and compassion he showed to his family and community.
