Loretta Brown Veillon passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at the age of 74.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Chataignier at 2 p.m. Fr. Darren Eldridge will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.

Loretta is survived by her husband, Burgess N. Veillon of Eunice; one son, Damien J. Veillon of Basile; three daughters, Shelia Pitre and husband Linton of Prairie Ronde, Krystal Crader and husband Micah of Eunice, and Jada Parker and husband Mark of Bond; nine grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Helen Brown and Evelyn McGee Brown and one brother, Curlin Brown.
