Linus Nero, Jr. passed away on Monday February 3, 2014 at the age of 73.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday February 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mathilda Catholic Church in Eunice. Father Darren Eldridge will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Mathilda Cemetery.

Linus is survived by one sister, Patricia Cardenas of Eunice.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Linus Nero, Sr. and Mary Bellard Johnwell.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday February 6, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed at 9:00 a.m. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
