Lilla Mary Blanchard Picard passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the age of 76. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 24, 2021 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Hampton Davis celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Thomas More Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary by Father Austin Leger at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Friday at 8:00 AM until time of Services. Lilla is survived by her husband, Nolton Picard; two sons, Gregg Joseph Picard and wife Barbara, David Mark Picard and wife Annette; one daughter, Lisa Cormier and husband Curtis; one sister, Rose Arton; six grandchildren, Meagan, Derrick, David, Zack, Ross, Blake; three great-grandchildren, Mykaila, Coledyn, Hudson and one great-great grandchild, Dreidan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton "TT" Blanchard and Amy Leger Blanchard; two brothers, Levie Blanchard, Elvie Blanchard; four sisters, Elvia Savoy, Catherine Young, Norma Thevis and Dorothy Miller.
