Leza "LD" Delano Savoy, Jr. passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the age of 70. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Hampton Davis celebrant and Deacon Gary Gaudin assisting. Burial will follow in St. Thomas More Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 10:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary at 7:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Wednesday until time of Services. "LD" is survived by his wife, Robbie Mumphrey Savoy; two daughters, Tina Savoy, Lisa Devillier and husband Phillip; six grandchildren, Trevor Cormier and wife McKenzie, Maddie Cormier, Tanner Cormier, Savannah Devillier, Jillian Devillier, Cooper Devillier; three great-grandchildren, Carter, Greta, Baylor; his best friend, Andrew Pousson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leza D Savoy, Sr. and Emily Sylvester Savoy; one brother, Floyd Savoy; two sisters, Bertha Bonnette, Pat Boone.
