Lewis Jacobs passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018, at the age of 83. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 10:00 AM. at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pastor Chris Frye will officiate. At the request of the family visitation will begin on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice and will reopen on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 8:00 AM until time of services. Lewis is survived by two sons, Tommy Keith Jacobs, Russell Paul Jacobs, three daughters; Brenda Gale Savoie, Patricia Jacobs Broussard, Belinda Jacobs Ortego, nine grandchildren; Adam, Shaun, Josh, Mandy, Mike, Sunnie, Windie, Jon, Emily. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold Jacobs Jr. and Marie Babineau, his wife, Clinda Bellard Jacobs, one son, Lawrence Ray "Bubba:" Jacobs, two brothers; Claney Joseph Jacobs, Clarence Ray Jacobs, one sister, Thelma J. Vige. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
