Leroy Phillip Hardy passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022 at the age of 79. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile with Father Keenan Brown Celebrant. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held on the same day from 9:00 a.m. until time of Services at the church. Leroy is survived by his wife, Barbara Holmes Hardy; three sons, Kevin Hardy and wife Charlotte, Phillip Hardy, Early Hardy; step-son, Richard Holmes; one brother, John L. Hardy; one sister, Kimberly Cezar; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was joined by his parents, Sidney and Mary Ceaser Hardy; three brothers, Louis Hardy, Sidney Hardy, Jr., Adam Hardy; one sister, Evelina Hardy.
