Leonard "Lenny" James Jenkins passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the age of 61. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Cremation will follow, with interment of his ashes in Basile Baptist Cemetery at a later date. Lenny is survived by one son, Christopher Thibodeaux (Angelle); one daughter, Katelyn Cole (Kevin); four brothers, Jerry Jenkins (Connie), Jack Jenkins (Monica), Billy Jenkins (Dale), David Jenkins (Angie); eight grandchildren, Kamden, Maddox, Ally Klaire, Gabe, Lexus, Novaliegh, Brantley and Sawyer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Buck Jenkins; his son, Dustin Jenkins; his parents, George and Mae Bell Langley Jenkins; two brothers, Milburn Jenkins, Wayne Jenkins and one sister, Georgie Ann Fontenot.
