Lela Jo Greene Hallum passed away on Thursday February 21, 2013 at the age of 71. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday February 23, 2013 at 1 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Brother Orville Rogers will officiate. Burial will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery in Mamou. Lela is survived by her husband, Bill Hallum; four daughters, Teresa H. Henry of Eunice, Sheryl McKee of Cordell, OK, Marie H. Slocum and husband Ellis of Eunice, Lanette Hallum of Eunice; three sons, Jack Hallum of Gonzales, Ronnie Hallum of Eunice, Billy Joe and Darla Hallum of Eunice; one sister, Karla Odell and husband Charlie of Bridgeport, TX; one brother, Jimmy Green and wife Delores of Terrell, TX; two daughters – in – law, Melitta Roby of Rosepine and Cindy Hallum of Eunice; one brother – in – law, Don Reynolds of Bridgeport, TX; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Ruby Bevins Greene; and one sister, Shirley Reynolds. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Friday February 22, 2013 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home at 1PM to 10PM. The funeral home will reopen on Saturday at 8 AM for visitation until time of services. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
