Laura Granger passed away on Sunday February 11, 2013 at the age of 71. Funeral Services will be held on Friday February 15, 2013 at 2 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Pastor Caleb Moran will officiate. Burial will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery in Mamou. Laura is survived by one daughter, Rebecca McCauley and husband Rickey of Eunice; three sons, Edward Granger of Lafayette, Eric Granger and wife Judy of Lafayette, and Curtis Granger and fiancé Jane of Carencro; four sisters, Helen Fontenot of Eunice, Elsie Hahn of Shreveport, Drucella Perkins of Spring, TX, and Sarah Dietz of Tomball, TX; three brothers, Ronald Manuel of Eunice, Kenneth Manuel of Spring, TX, and Huey Manuel of Mamou; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leopold and Josephine Labbie Manuel; her husband, Harris Granger; two grandsons, Cary Pellican and Aaron Granger. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday from 3 PM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM on Friday for visitation until services. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
