Kassidey Lynn Guidry passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 at the age of 23. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Pastor Jaime Tyler officiating. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery in Basile. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Quirk & Son and will resume at 8:00 AM on Tuesday until time of Services. Kassidey is survived by her mother, Victoria Doucet Simien and husband Clayton; her father, Louis Guidry; two sisters, Jailyn Suzanne Guidry, Kinleigh Rae Guidry; one brother, Dayus John Guidry; maternal grandfather, John Carol Doucet; paternal grandmother, Mona Rae Guidry. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Suzanne Margaret Herrera; paternal grandfather, Robert Lynn Guidry; paternal great-grandparents, Deo and Viola Guidry, Vela Young Brown and Ozay Brown; Maternal great-grandparents, John V. Herrera, Dorothy Stanley, Phillip Doucet and Mary Nell Guillory.
