Karsyn John Oncale passed away on Wednesday July 10, 2013 at the age of 1. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 12, 2013 at 10 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Bishop Douglas Deshotel will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Karsyn is survived by his parents, Sarah Hannon and Cory Oncale; maternal grandmother, Tracey Cormier of Eunice; paternal grandmother, Debra Hollier of Eunice; paternal grandfather, Bryan Oncale of Eunice; one sister, Brianna Hannon of Eunice; and one brother, Austin Sittig of Eunice. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Nelson Elkins, Jr. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday July 11, 2013 at 3 PM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon David Guillory at 7 PM that evening. The funeral home will reopen at 8 Am Friday morning for visitation until time of services. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
