Julien Stanford passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the age of 67. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Reverend Don Stanford officiating. Burial will follow in Kie Hebert Memorial Cemetery in Roberts Cove. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday, December 30, 2021 and will resume at 8:00 AM on Friday until time of Services. Julien is survived by his wife, Sylvia Dischler Stanford; four sons, Jay Martello and wife Angela, Sam Martello and wife Eva, Justin Stanford and wife Mallory, Eddie Stanford; one daughter, Mykle McSherry and husband Dave; five brothers, Don Stanford and wife Carol, Sherman Stanford, Steve Stanford and wife Maggie, Dwight Stanford and wife Kayla, Mark Stanford; two sisters, Deanna Wootan, Faith D'avy and husband Don; seventeen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Emma Lee Hidalgo Stanford and one sister, Judy St. Amand. Pall bearers will be Jay Martello, Sam Martello, Justin Stanford, Eddie Stanford, Steve Stanford and Dwight Stanford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hope Hospice.
