Juanita Dale Fontenot Holford passed away on June 20, 2016, at the age of 78.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Father Travis Abadie will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Thomas More Cemetery in Eunice.

Juanita is survived by three sons, James Holford and wife Ann of Basile, Barry Holford and wife Janet of Basile, and Tim Holford and wife Dollie of Eunice; one daughter, Debbie Logan and husband Tom of Texas; one sister, Priscilla Fuselier; twelve grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, James Holford, Sr. and her parents, Wilford Fontenot and Essie Smith Fontenot.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. A Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday for visitation until the time of service.
