Christy Chatagnier
I remember as a kid, my grandma Chatagnier lived across the alley from the Fruge’s and when my grandfather died in 1982, my father, Kenneth decided he wanted to be closer to his mom and we moved from New Orleans to Eunice. I became friends with the Fruge kids and there were alot of great times spent roaming the neighborhood!! Mrs Joyce always had a stern look about her and seemed to be quite intimidating sometimes when we all got into a little mischief!!
I meant to go see both her and Mr Clyde in the nursing home and regret not doing that sooner!! I give my sincere condolences to the Fruge kids…..Chippy, Eric, Chris and Jolene!!
We will all reunited together again one day!!!
