Joseph Alex "Wayne" Manuel passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the age of 79. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Ryan Fuselier officiating. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM the same day. Wayne's Godchild, Wanda Esthay, will lead a Rosary at 5:15 PM. Wayne is survived by his wife, Sherry Olivier Manuel; three sons, Kevin Manuel (Sherry), Jamie Manuel, Toby Manuel; one daughter, Crystal Manuel; one brother, Bueford Manuel, three grandchildren, Danielle Daigle, Lauren Manuel, Alyssa Manuel; two great-grandchildren, Malayna Daigle and Kensley Daigle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Moise and Mary Alia Sylvester Manuel and one sister, Phyllis Hauer.
