Joseph "Kurt" Vezinat passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the age of 81. No Services have been planned at this time. Throughout his life, Kurt enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing cars, camping and motorcycle riding with his friends. He was an x-ray technician for many years before going on to work for BP until retirement. "Kurt" is survived by his wife of 48 years, Beulah Trahan Vezinat; his beloved cat, Gracie; two sons, Tyler James Trahan (Fontenot) and Jason Richard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Euna Chapman Vezinat; one daughter, Dawn Marie Richard.
