A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Joseph C. "J.C." Soileau, 81, on Friday March 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Father Nathan Comeaux will officiate. A Rosary will be prayed Thursday evening at 5:00 PM. J.C passed away on Tuesday March 27, 2012. He is survived by his wife Irene Fontenot Soileau of Eunice: 2 daughters Arlene Medus and Rusty Bishop of Eunice, and Connie Soileau of Eunice; 1 brother George Soileau of Eunice; a sister Joyce Soileau of Port Barre; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. J.C. is preceded in death by a son Ricky Soileau; parents George and Emma Fontenot Soileau Sr.; 1 brother James Lenus Soileau; 1 sister Jeanne Soileau.
