A memorial service for Joseph D. Popillion, Jr., 48, will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011, at 2 PM at Christ Praise & Worship Center , 213 N. 8th St., Kinder, LA 70648, at 2 PM. Pasdtor Rudell Kirkin will preside. Joseph passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2011. He is survived by his father and step mother, Joseph D. & Shelia Popillion, Sr.; two sisters, Alice Cravens of Church Point and Ella Rose Prudhomme of Kinder; one brother, Roy James Popillion of Oberlin; two step brothers, Wesley & Tyree Harris both of Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Moses LaFleur; a sister Stephaine Popillion.
