Joseph Clarence Fontenot , Jr. , 77, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2009, at Acadian Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Patricia O'Pry Fontenot of Eunice; a son, Adam Fontenot of Basile; three brothers, Fred Fontenot of Monroe, AJ Fontenot of Midland, TX and Lawrence Fontenot of Eunice; one sister, Clarine Fontenot. A memorial date has not been set at this time.
