John Wayne "Johnnie" Miller passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the age of 81. Johnnie died unexpectedly, but peacefully, surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. Johnnie was a loyal employee for Transco throughout his entire career. Johnnie was responsible for designing and building ornamental iron gates, fences, stair well banisters and other iron creations. He especially loved Cajun dancing, French music and boiled crawfish. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 9:30 AM @ St Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice with Monsignor Robert Romero officiating. Visitation will precede the Mass from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM, also at St Anthony Catholic Church. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Anna Lee Fuselier Miller, two sons; Mitch Miller, Brent Miller and wife Laura, one daughter; Renee' M Helmer and husband Richard, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
