John Herman LeJeune passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at the age of 81.

A Mass will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016, at 11:00 A. M. at St. Edward Catholic Church in Richard. Fr. Wayne Duet will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Edward's Cemetery.

Herman is survived by his wife, Amelise "Lisa" Trahan LeJeune of Eunice; one stepdaughter, Becky Trude of Iowa; one sister-in-law, Sandra Lejeune of Branch; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Olan LeJeune and Lena Mae Thibodeaux LeJeune and two brothers, Elige LeJeune and Felton LeJeune.
